I. Initial School Requirements 

• Freshmen 

1. Grade 12 Report Card 
2. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
3. 2x2 Picture 
4. Good Moral 

II. Grade Requirements for Freshmen 

• For Board Courses: 

           1. BS Civil Engineering 
               a.) A minimum senior high school grade point average (GPA) of 80.
               b.) minimum final grade of 80 in Math and Science subjects. 

           2. BS Psychology 
               a.) Applicants must have a SHS General Average of 80% or higher. 

           3. BS Accountancy 
               a.) Applicants must have a SHS General Average of 80% or higher. 

           4. Bachelor in Secondary Education 
               a.) Applicant must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 85% or higher. 

• For Non-Board Courses  

            1. BS Entrepreneurship 
               a.) A minimum senior high school general average of 75% or higher.

           2. BS Business Administration 
                a.) A minimum senior high school general average of 75% or higher.
